Yes, you have heard right! Dutch site Playstation Only has reported that the DS3, which is released in the USA in April, could be made available to the PAL regions in early May. This information has come from a ‘reliable source’. So far, no comment has come from sony regarding the EU price or release. Hopefully, we will get it soon as most games already support rummble and others do with a downloadable patch!

Dualshock 3 for Europe on May 2?
That’s right, the PS3 has beaten the Xbox 360 and the Wii over Easter with 73% increase is sales the week before. The Microsoft option, Xbox-360, enjoyed a 78% rise but it still wasn’t enough to beat the shinning black beauty! Let’s hope the sucess continues in the coming weeks!
This is the new GTA IV trailer which makes us even more excited about picking up the great game in April!

Call of Duty 4 Map Pack Release
Robert Bowling of Infinity Ward has confirmed that the PS3 variety pack will be coming to the store in april. However, owners of the PS3 version will be disappointed as the DLC on will be available to us April 24. That’s three full weeks after the Xbox 360 version’s Map Pack goes up. It is also going to cost us aroung GBP 4.99 after the US version will be going up at $9.99. Ow well, at least we can enjoy the greatness of Wet Work for longer.
Last year’s game was terrible and I for one brought it and have only played it a couple of times but let’s hope next year’s installment can be better! It has been announced and Online support and DLC has been revealed to be added to the next game. The develper has said the WWE roster could be updated via the PSN store. The season mode will also be updated with co-op being added for some tag team fun. A brand new “Create a Finisher” is being added with over 500 moves to be chosen from! So far, only Chris Jericho, Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy, Randy Orton, Mr. Kennedy, Undertaker, and John Cena have been announced to be playable but I expect a lot more to be added soon!

PSN Store Finally Updated!
That’s right the EU store has been updated a day late. This comes after news that we thought there would be no update this week as the store wasn’t update on the usual day yesterday, Thursday. The update is quite good but nothing spectacular. Here’s what we got:

Madden 09 announced for PS3!
That’s right the next installment of the popular series has been announced! It will also be released on PSP, PS2, DS, Xbox 360, Wii and on mobile phones. However, lets hope it’s alot better than last year’s game with poor framerates and terrible online lag.

NO PSN Store update overnight!
That’s right there was no store update leaving EU PS3 owners disappointed again at Sony. It was rumoured that GT5:P would be added with the update but it never happened. However, could Sony just be waiting to release GT5:P at the same time as most shops put it up for sale? If you were thinking about downloading it I would think again as the dowload will be 2GB and you could get to the shop and buy it in the same time the download takes!
